With Improved Scorch on the wow power leveling applying the full wow power leveling with a single cast, this wow power leveling is rendered useless.

Well, it seems they actually were looking into it, and these two changes are what they've come up with. Both changes are game-changers, potentially effective, undeniably creative, and highly intriguing.
